新しいピルスナーができました！ 今回は煮沸タンクでドイツ産ホップ、ドライホッピングにはアメリカ産ホップを使用しました。 その結果、ドイツ産ホップ特有の伝統的なハーブの特徴は控えめで、より柑橘感が色濃く感じられるピルスナーで、爽快でキレのある仕上がりになっています。これからの暑くなる季節に向けて、何杯か飲み進めるのに最適なビールです。
We have a new pils! This time we decided to use German hops in the boil kettle but American hops when we dry hopped. The result is a pilsner with more citrus and less of that traditional herbal character you get from German hops. If anything it makes it a bit brighter and more crisp. A perfect beer to have a couple of as we head into summer.
