Umigame - 350㎖缶

夏の到来で段々と暑さが増してきた、そんな季節にぴったりのビールをご用意致しました！

Umigameは、アメリカンホップのアクセントが効いた、軽やかで爽やかなピルスナーです。アマリロ、アザッカ、マンダリナバーバリア（ドイツ産ですが、伝統的なドイツ産ホップという感じではありません）をドライホッピングすることで、スイートオレンジや蜜柑のような風味がビールに加わっています。

モルトはほぼ全てピルスナーモルトですが、泡持ちを良くするためにスピッツを少し、トーストしたパンやほのかなハチミツの香りを加えるためにウィーンモルトを少量使用しています。淡色のモルトとクリーンなラガー酵母が、ホップの風味を際立たせる素晴らしいベースとなっています。

飲みやすく、柑橘系の風味が一杯の「ウミガメ」は、夏にぴったりのビールです。

The summer is here, and it is hot, but we have a perfect beer for it!

Umigame is a light, crisp pilsner with an American hop twist.  Dry hopped with Amarillo, Azzaca and Mandarina Bavaria (yes, German but not a traditional German hop) the hops bring a sweet orange and mikan flavor to the beer.  

The malts are almost all pilsner malt with just a bit of Spitz to help the head retention and Vienna to give some toasted bread and light honey notes.  The light malts and clean lager yeast make for a wonderful base to let the hops shine through.

Easy drinking and full of citrus flavor, Umigame is a perfect beer for the summer.
