Double IPAの新バッチです！ 今回はメインホップはシトラを使い、シムコーとローラルのサポートを加えています。 オレンジとグレープフルーツの柑橘系の風味が強く感じられ、ビールが温まるにつれてトロピカルな香りが増してきます。
ビールはできるだけドライに仕上げています。 アルコール度数が高いので、ビールに甘みとコクが出ています。 DoubleをセッションIPAと混同することはないとは思いますが、2、3杯は気軽に飲めるほど軽く感じられます。 楽しんで頂けると幸いです。
Our Double IPA is back again! This time we changed up the hops. We used mostly Citra with support from Simcoe and Loral. It has pushed the aroma more in the direction of citrus with orange, and grapefruit coming through pretty strongly and then some more tropical notes as the beer warms.
We tried to dry the beer out as much as possible. The higher alcohol brings a sweetness and body to the beer and we didn't want this to be too heavy and overly sweet. You would never confuse Double with a session IPA, but it is light enough that you could easily have a couple. Hopefully you will agree.
