Twins Mackinac Cold IPA 330㎖ボトル

今回のニューリリースは、新作Twins Cold IPAです！麹米とブドウ糖を用いることでドライで軽やかなボディに仕上げ、ホップの風味を前面に引き出せるよう試みています。

麦汁を2つの発酵槽に分けた後、それぞれに異なるドライホップを施しました。  1つはトロピカルでシトラスなアロマで有名なシトラ。  もう一つはミシガン産のマッキナックという新しいホップで、これもトロピカルで柑橘系の香りが特徴的です。 どちらも約束されたアロマを提供してくれてますが、そこには微かに異なる点が感じ取れます。どちらを好むかは、飲まれた皆さまの判断にお任せします。

We have another Twins release!  This time we went with Cold IPAs that used koji rice and dextrose.  They are meant to dry out the beer and give it a really light body so everything gets out of the way of the hops.  

After splitting the wort into two fermenters we gave each a different dry hop.  One got the famous Citra, known for its big tropical and citrus aroma.  The other got a newer hop, Mackinac, which comes from Michigan, and is said to also have a big tropical and citrus aroma.  We feel that they both deliver the promised aromas but in slightly different ways.  We will let you decide which one you prefer.
