Throwback

Throwbackの最新バッチが出来上がりました。 クラシックなノースウエストIPAのスタイルで醸造されたこのビールは、グレープフルーツとパイニーなホップの香りに、クリーンですっきりとした苦味が際立ちます。 今回のモルトは前回よりも少しだけ色目がダークで、苦味とのバランスを取るためにほんの少しだけ甘みが加えられています。

Throwback（スローバック）： それは昔をしみじみと懐かしむこと。なかなか会えない旧友と一緒に色んな昔の思い出話をしながら、クラシックなIPAを是非お楽しみ下さい！

Our latest batch of Throwback is ready.  Brewed in the style of classic Northwest IPAs, it has a pronounced clean bitterness and hops that push grapefruit and pine aromas.  The malt bill this time is a little bit darker and has a touch of sweetness to help balance out the bitterness.
