Inukai - 350㎖缶

新ラガーのご紹介です。初めてのビエナ ラガーInukaiです！地元の犬飼農村舞台を応援するため醸造しました。販売本数に応じて、犬飼能舞台保存会へ寄付を行います。

Inukaiは伝統的なビエナ ラガーで、芳醇な香ばしいパンのような麦芽の風味が特徴的です。 ホップの風味は控えめながら、麦芽とのバランスを取るのに十分な苦味を引き出し、すっきりとした清涼感のある後味が楽しめます。ラガーゆえに、発酵プロファイルはクリーンで、滑らかな麦芽の特性を際立たせます。Inukaiはで、香ばしく香り豊かな麦芽の風味で、柔らかな口当たりで飲みやすいラガーです。地元のお客様にも大好評を頂いております。

We have a new lager ready and it is our first Vienna lager, Inukai!  We brewed Inukai in support of our local Nosonbutai Inukai theater.  For every beer sold we will be making a donation to the NPO organization that supports the local theater.

Inukai is a traditional Vienna lager with a rich, bready or  toasty malt character.  The hops are muted but provide enough bitterness to balance out the malts and give it a nice clean, crisp finish.  Being a lager the fermentation profile is clean and allows the smooth malt character to stand out.  Overall Inukai is a smooth, easy drinking lager with a wonderful rich maltiness and has been very popular with our local customers!
