Go West IPA

ABV：6.5%    苦味：中程度　炭酸ガス含有量：2.5

麦芽：ピルスナー、スピッツ、サワー

ホップ：シトラ、シムコ、カリスタ 

副原材料： 我が家の畑で採れたすだち果汁

今回の新作はウエストコーストIPAです！ シトラとシムコーホップよりトロピカルフルーツとシトラスの風味が醸し出され、ドイツ産ホップのカリスタを加えることでほんのりベリーの風味が加わっています。 フィニッシュはウエストコーストIPAらしくドライで、スピッツモルトを使用しているのでソフトでスムースな口当たりが楽しめます。 クリーンな苦味、複雑なホッププロファイル、滑らかなボディを持つ、実に楽しいIPAに仕上がりました。是非、お楽しみ下さい！

We have a new IPA!  This time we decided to do with a West Coast IPA.  We used Citra and Simcoe to give it tropical fruit and citrus flavors then threw in a German hop, Callista to add a little bit of berries to it.  The finish is dry like a west coast IPA should be but we used spitz malt to give it a softer, smoother mouthfeel.  The result is a really, fun IPA with a nice clean bitterness, a complex hop profile and a smooth body.  We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
