Farmhouse 2025

これは当社のファームハウスエールの2025年版で、約6ヶ月間熟成させています。 ブレタノマイセス酵母がじっくりと作用することで、ボディがやや軽くなり、炭酸感が際立つようになりました。また、セゾン酵母とのブレンドにより、フルーティーで複雑、そして魅力的な味わいを生み出しています。ドライな口当たりで、程良いボディとスパイシーな香りが特徴的。ほのかな酸味と柑橘系の風味、そして控えめなファンキーなキャラクターが、ネルソン・ソーヴィンホップと見事に調和しています。 

This is the 2025 edition of our Farmhouse ale, and has been aged for approximately six months.  The Brettanomyces yeast has had time to work on it and has resulted in a slightly lighter body and heightened carbonation, creating a blend with the saison yeast that is fruity, complex, and captivating.  It is dry, with a pleasant body and spicy aromatics.  Subtle acidity, citrus nuances, and a restrained "funky" character harmonize beautifully with the Nelson Sauvin hops.
