Double IPA is back！ 今回はほぼピルスナーモルト100％のシンプルな麦芽構成で、ホップが際立つためのクリーンなプラットフォームを提供しています。 チヌークホップは非常に滑らかな苦味をもたらしながら、アルコール由来の甘みとのバランスをとってくれます。 エルドラド、モザイク、コメットホップは、オレンジやグレープフルーツを感じさせる柑橘系のアロマを引き出しています。 ABV8.5％と聞くと、どっしりとしたボディのビールを連想するかもしれませんが、できるだけドライな仕上がりを心掛けたため、非常に飲みやすく少し危険なビールかもしれません。どうぞゆっくりとお楽しみ下さい！
Our Double IPA is back! This time we used a very simple malt bill of almost 100% pilsner malt to give a very clean platform for the hops. Chinook gives the beer a very smooth bitterness that balances out the sweetness from the alcohol. El Dorado, Mosaic and Comet deliver big citrus aromas of orange and grapefruit. At 8.5% ABV you would expect a heavy beer but we made this as dry as possible so it is very easy drinking and a bit dangerous.
