Bloom

Bloomが帰ってきました！ モトゥエカとシトラを使用したヘイジーIPA Bloomのバッチ2を醸造しました。

Bloomはケヴェイク酵母で発酵させており、これによりビールに豊かなコクが生まれ、風味豊かなトロピカルフルーツの香りとほのかな酸味が感じられます。モトゥエカとシトラとの組み合わせにより、まずは口一杯に広がるジュ―シーな柑橘系の香りの後には、マンゴーやライムのほのかな風味が広がります。

Bloom is back!  We have brewed a second batch of Bloom, our hazy IPA with Motueka and Citra.  

Bloom is fermented with kveik yeast which gives the beer a nice full body, creates some tasty tropical fruit notes and imparts a slight impression of acidity.  When combined with the Motueka and Citra, it yields big, bold citrus notes followed by hints of mango and lime.
