2nd Story Ale Worksの樽のディスペンスヘッドはSスタイル (サッポロ・アサヒタイプ) です。
お支払い方法について
お支払い方法は振込でお願いします。月末締めの翌月末日払いで、振込手数料はお客様負担とさせて頂きます。
注文は全てホームページで受付けます。アカウント設定して、注文するには www.2ndstoryale.jp にアクセスをお願いします。
出荷日について
出荷日は、火・金とさせて頂きます。なお、出荷日に発送となるのは、前日17:00までに承った注文とさせて頂いております。
返品
もし商品にご不満がある場合には、できるだけ早くご連絡下さい。樽の中身が半分以上で、2ヶ月以内のものは全額返金または交換（お客様の選択で）させて頂きます。
払い戻し
商品が返品され、こちらでの点検が済み次第、返品受領の通知メールをお送りします。その後、払い戻しの処理が行われます。ご使用の支払い方法にて払戻しされます。
払い戻しの遅れまたは未受領
払い戻しが確認できない場合は、まず銀行口座を一度ご確認下さい。
その次に、ご利用の銀行に連絡お願いします。払い戻しの処理に時間がかかることがよくあります。
全ての手順を済ませてもまだ払い戻しを受けられていない場合は、beer@2ndstoryale.jpまでご連絡お願いします。
販売アイテム
正規価格の商品のみ払い戻し可能ですが、残念ながら、セール対象の商品は払い戻しができません。

不良品又は発送ミスなど当店による商品の返品の場合は、送料はこちらが負担致します。速やかに着払いでご返送下さい。お客様のご都合による返品は、送料はお客様負担になりますので、ご了承下さい。

10L: 23.3cm in diameter X 36.3cm in height
15L: 23.3cm in diameter X 44.5cm in height
The keg dispensing head is S style (Sapporo Asahi type).
Payment Method
Currently only bank transfer is accepted for payment. Payment should be paid by the customer by the last day of the next month. So, orders in January should be paid by the end of February.
Orders are only accepted via the website. To set up an account and place an order, please visit www.2ndstoryale.jp.
Shipping Dates
The shipping dates are Tuesday and Friday. The kegs should arrive on Wednesday or Saturday. Order cut off is 5:00 on Monday and Thursday. Occasionally due to holidays or events shipping days may change.
When ordering please choose a shipping date and arrival time.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with the product, please contact us as soon as possible. Kegs that are more than half full and within 2 months of ordering will be fully refunded or replaced (your choice).
Refunds
As soon as the item is returned and checked here, we will send you an email notifying you of the return. Then the refund will be processed. It will be refunded using via bank transfer.
Refund Late or Not Received
If you are unable to confirm your refund, please check your bank account first. Then, contact your bank. Refunds often take a long time to process.
Please contact beer@2ndstoryale.jp if you have not received a refund after completing all steps.
Sale Items
Regular priced items will be fully refunded, but unfortunately sale items can not.

Returns Shipping Cost
In the case of returns of goods to our shop, such as defective goods or shipping mistakes, 2nd Story Ale Works will cover the shipping fee. Please return it by cash on delivery as soon as possible. Please note that shipping costs will be borne by the customer for goods returned at their convenience.
